My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I found a cigarette butt under a single-seater chair, which was disappointing. The service was excellent with very helpful and friendly staff, although a bit distant at times. The location, although not within walking distance of eateries, was superb with a large and interesting pool complex. The dining options were average, but the breakfast served was good. The facilities were fair, and the hotel offers a paid shuttle service during the day.

I was disappointed with the Executive Suite for disabled, but I would consider staying here again when in Terengganu. The rooms were satisfactory, but the service could be improved. The location is convenient for the airport but a bit far from the city. The dining experience was fair, and the facilities were just okay.
